Data generated during service delivery
- Vehicle plate and technical data (required for the repair order and invoice).
- History of repairs carried out at the workshop.

- IP address, device type, browser, pages visited (collected by analytics cookies — see cookies policy).

We do not use your data to send commercial advertising without your express prior consent.

- Contact data without engagement: up to 6 months after last interaction.
- Customer data (invoice, repair order): minimum 6 years (Spanish tax obligation) and up to 10 years for warranty limitation.

5. Recipients and international transfers
Your data is not transferred to third parties except by legal obligation (Tax Office, Social Security, Courts). We may share minimal data with providers offering us technical services:
- Website hosting (servers in the European Union).
- Google Analytics / Google Maps (transfer to USA under the Data Privacy Framework).
- WhatsApp Business providers if you contact us via that channel.
6. Your rights
You can exercise the following rights at any time:

- Rectification — correct inaccurate data.

We have adopted reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or destruction: encrypted HTTPS connection, backup storage, restricted staff access and data protection training.
